Behind the Scenes Filming AgZen’s RealCoverage Technology

Recently I had the chance to team up with Evan Custer on a commercial shoot for AgZen, an agricultural technology company working on some really interesting tools for farmers.

I assisted Evan with video production while also capturing still photos throughout the day. It was a great project documenting the technology in action and getting a look at how their system works in the field.

What is RealCoverage?

AgZen’s RealCoverage system is designed to measure and control how many droplets land on each leaf during crop spraying. The idea is simple but powerful: give farmers real feedback so they can spray more efficiently, reduce waste, and improve results throughout the season.

It’s part of what they call Feedback Optimized Agriculture—using real data to help growers make better decisions in the field.

Capturing the Technology in Action

Throughout the shoot we documented field demonstrations, equipment details, and some behind-the-scenes moments from the production.

Projects like this are always fun because they combine technology, real environments, and visual storytelling. The challenge is translating something technical into visuals that clearly show how it works.
