Commercial Real Estate Photography & Listing Website for a Retail Space in Squirrel Hill

I recently worked on a project in Squirrel Hill, Pittsburgh where I photographed a retail property and built a simple listing website to help showcase the space online.

The Property is located at 5854 Forbes Ave, right in the heart of one of Pittsburgh’s most active neighborhood business districts. With strong foot traffic and excellent visibility between Murray and Shady Ave, it’s a really great opportunity for a retail business looking to be part of the Squirrel Hill community.

My role in the project was twofold. First I created commercial real estate photography to highlight the storefront, interior layout, and overall feel of the space. Good real estate photography is essential for listings like this because strong images are often the first thing potential tenants see when browsing available properties.

In addition to the photography, I also designed and built a dedicated property website for the listing. Instead of relying on a traditional listing page, the goal was to give the property its own clean, professional web presence that brokers can easily share with prospective tenants.

The site includes property details, images, and a clear overview of the leasing opportunity in one place.

Projects like this are great examples of how professional real estate photography combined with a focused listing website can help commercial properties stand out online and attract the right tenants.
